I'm still running Biblioscape 8. (I did buy the upgrade, but decided that I couldn't afford the time to learn how to use it.) Now, however, it's decided that it's not registered. I tried re-entering my registration key, but it says it's wrong. Can I get a new serial?

I have to move my Biblioscape 8 to a new computer. The serialnumber for my previous computer does not work on the new one. What is the procedure to get a new serialnumber?

I did the conversion from 8 to 9 (trial version). After the conversion B gives the message Table_ini: Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset.
What is going wrong?

I'm getting the above message after upgrading to a new computer at work. Biblioscape v9 has been deleted off the old machine, so I have no way of unregistering it. Is there some way of getting that one revoked so I can register my new computer? Or, alternatively, revoking all computers associated with my key.

I'm about to re-setup my office computer and will install MS Office 2013, which I want to use with the Biblioscape 10 Word plugin. I have both the 32 and 64 bit version of MS Office available. Is the Biblioscape plugin compatible with both version, or will it just work with the 32-bit version?

I have recently purchased a licence of Biblioscape 10, and haven't as yet received a registration key to activate the purchase. The purchase was made on 30th July.
I have looked in all my emails folder for the key, but the only emails I have received to date are the receipts for the purchase, neither of which contain any identifiable registration key.
Your advice would be gratefully received.

I have requested a registration key via e-mail twice over the last week but have received no response to the request.
I have checked my junk mail folder and no response is in there.
Another e-mail has been sent today in case the others have not arrived.
The installation didn't run on Windows 10.
What can I do?
I just installed v.10, but now v.8 (which I am still using for practical work) tells me I have an evaluation copy. And it won't accept my registration number.
Maybe its because I had v.10 running when I loaded v.8.
Only 8 "trials" left, so hope you can help soon.
Hello Paul, I am a long-term Biblioscape user and I cannot find my version 8 key for some unknown reason, so I'm having problems installing my version 9 upgrade. How can I resolve this? I searched my email for anything from Biblioscape, but I suspect that the registration info was actually sent to me from some third-party. Do you know who was doing your version 8 sales over the Web?
